I've got Wood, and it's not even the morning!
So, we got wood! and windows, and stairs, and steel beams, and bath tubs, and and and gravel!
Not sure why they don't run the steel beam as one piece but I'm sure there is a good reason beyond "cost"
More steel
two gigantic piles of wood AND a mound of gravel. The wife and I are guessing the gravel is for the garage.
This is another shot taken at eye level of the front right and the current grade. Based on the fact that water proofing is still exposed, I am sure there will be a lot more done. I am still interested to see how it grades out.
Boy, I thought my original title for wood was naughty, but that takes the cake! HAHA. As for gravel, it might be for the waterproofing around the outside of the foundation. We had a similar pile and they used it to cover the weep tile (drain) around the foundation. For the beam, I wonder if that is where the stairs go? I can't remember the layout for you model as to where the stairs go. Ours are in the middle for the Rome.
Gina, I think you may be right on the stairs/beams thought. They already back filled in the front but still have some grading on the sides to do, so time will tell. As for the blog title...I do my best! haha
Kudos to you good sir!!! You win the prize for hilarious blog post title.
